About Us

Welcome to Grange Pharmacy. We offer a wide range of pharmacy and medicine related services for you. Our aim is to help you get the most benefit from your medicines and give you the information to help you manage your health. If you have a query about any medicine or wish to ask our pharmacist for any help and advice, please email or telephone us. We will endeavour to answer your question and get back to you as soon as possible.

All services provided by this pharmacy are Delivered Direct to the patient at their home, place of work or other convenient location. Please contact us for further information.

Dispensing of NHS & Private Prescriptions

We dispense both NHS prescriptions and private prescriptions and will give advice on how to get the most benefit from your medicines. We dispense private prescriptions at competitive prices for a range of treatments and health supplements.

Disposal of Unwanted Medicines

Please return all unwanted medicines to the pharmacy where we will dispose of them safely. You can use a bag available from our pharmacy for this purpose. In order to protect the safety of our staff, customers and the environment, when returning your unwanted medicines to this pharmacy please contact us by phone to check we can accept your unnecessary products .

Emergency Medicine Supply

If you need any of your regular medicines in an emergency and are unable to contact your doctor, we may be able to help. We must stress that this can only be done in genuine emergencies and it may incur a charge.

Holiday Healthcare

We can advise on medical requirements for travellers, including anti-malaria treatments, avoiding sunburn and tummy upsets.

Medicine Containers

All medicines where appropriate are dispensed in child resistant containers unless you request us not to. Please remember Keep all medicines out of reach and sight of children. Our pharmacist can advise you on safe storage of medicines. Health, Self-care and Medication Advice services are available by telephone, email or our 'Ask the Pharmacist' online service.

Patient Medical Records

Our computer allows us to keep records of all your prescriptions dispensed by us. This helps us check for possible problems, such as reactions between medicines and will help us deal with any queries you may have. We comply with the Data Protection Act and the NHS code of practice on confidentiality.
